Lost property

Should you leave anything on the aircraft or if your luggage has failed to arrive, please contact the airline concerned or the relevant handling agent.

If you have lost luggage or any other item in the airport building, please go to the Airport Office in the Airport Plaza, arrivals level. All lost property found at the airport is brought here and stored until it is picked up.

General information:

• Valid identification (with photo) is required to collect an item from lost property.
• If a third party is collecting the item, the Airport Office requires a letter of authorisation by fax, post or email.
• A processing charge of €5.00 is payable when collecting an item. In the case of bulky items (e.g. prams, bicycles, cartons, etc.) the charge is €12.00.
• The Airport Office is responsible for items found in the entire airport premises, with the exception of taxis, the S-Bahn (metro railway) station, buses and aircraft.
• Items may be collected from monday to friday between 09:00am and 4:00pm
